This piece of work was a possible collaboration between a couture brand and a public figure of interest and the opportunities it will bring to each party as well as the fashion industry. I chose to do a collaboration of Paul McCartney and Stella McCartney.
This collaboration was chosen as they both have a huge impact upon their audiences and introduce new publicity to either side of the collaboration. Also, as they are known to be father and daughter, this creates a new, interesting theme that has not been done by many other brands. They already share similar morals and opinions on certain things such as global events and issues. This collaboration is also an exciting opportunity to combine the fashion industry with the music industry of a slightly older fanbase, potentially introducing an older audience to the brand.
